you will have to go aftermarket since the stock bypass valve is part of the compressor housing on the stock turbo...

With all that custom work it should be a small piece in the puzzle.

No, i don't think it is a small piece. What will the ECU say? i think it will give us a fault code. It is the biggest problem for now:impatient

with an SSQBOV you can get a resirculation fitting... the ecu screaming about that is going to be the least of yer problems... LOL

Do you have a link to it? My tuner have full access to the ECU, so that should be ok. My only problem for now, is the oem blow off, it must be replacet with something that can handel 1,1bar of boost, and the GT Turbo don't have space or room for the oem valve.

Yes, but kind of expensive if it not work, because of a valve. Thanks anyway...

Use any vacuum actuaded valve... And leave the stock one electronically connected it most likely won't know its not doing its job...

Depending how the ecu treats it you even may have the oportunity to use a resistor to fool the ecu into thinking its still there.

Ok then. You would make it with both, the oem valve and a better one? Then the oem valve will be hanging out and away from the turbo if i mount a bigger one, right? Do you think that will work if the oem valve don't get any boost, but just hanging there?

exactly. Or maybe 'The Mad Scientist' can hack the ecu to eliminate the electronic control of the BOV. If this is the case, I'm pretty sure you won't NEED to recirculate the BOV becuase you can just tune the ECU for the pressure release.

Wont trigger any codes really. I had an HKS on my 1.8t gti, it was WAY more maf based, and I didn't throw a check engine light or anything. It'll be alright.

Btw with the 2560, how are you going to control fuel? And why not a 28rs? =)

Hi. my ECU tuner have full access to this, so it won't be a problem. But he don't no with the valve The car is not a mini, but a peugeot 207 GT(150hp) but it is the same engine as the cooper s. The GT2560R is big enough to flow 300hp, but i don't think that thr fuel system can give enough at this point. I hope for +240hp. The GTI 1,8 don't drive with and electronic valve, or? It will not be the same thing...
