Just got 1 in over here @ JSC Speed.

East Coasters could have this nice big FMIC before the weekend, unless I buy it first!

Hey Alta, Could this be mounted for the R53 guys that are going full turbo? Does anyone(at Alta) want to test fit this on a R53? I am going full turbo in the future and this looks great.

P.S. I know it takes moddification, hence full turbo conversion.

Hit me up when you're ready for this or anything else for your R56 and I'll give you the NAM offer-you-can't-refuse deal.

You have an R56?, because I noticed above you mentioned on the way home your "sc" wouldn't work...supercharger?
and if you are an 07, what mods do you have to run a 9.4 1/8mile?
Thanks!

okay, so just finished up the install....took a little more Dremeling than expected so it took longer to get both boost tubes to fit properly....my car said it was -40 as well and had a check engine light after I started it up for the second time, but that was without the external air temp sensor plugged in, so I'll have to keep an eye on it to make sure the light goes away......it idles like before and when revved up, sound like before, so we'll see what happens.

its off by a smidge, i need to try and re align it. there isnt any play in it tho. its kinda odd. the stock clamps on the boost tubes are a pain in the *** to get on right so i was happy it was on. im gonna get the alta boost tubes soon and re align it all with more care.

wouldnt it actually take a little bit for the ecu to adjust and learn the new composition of air that is entering the engine. i know this is the case with some cars usally takes like 50-80miles
