Drivetrain First mod questions
First mod questions
Hey so I know most people say the best bang for the buck is the pully, but I was thinking I would do the intake and exaust first. Free the breathing of the motor a bit, though my question is if I was to add one more thing in as a first step in modding my MCS should I make it the exaust header since I will be installing the cat back anyway or should I skip that and go straight to the pullys. My thoughts were that since I'll be down their might as well kill 2 birds with one stone. Oh BTW I was thinking OBX and Invidia for the exaust I like the idea that the 4-2-1 design will improve low end tq a bit more than the more common 4-1. Any thoughts? I figure my second mods will be suspension related.
I dont know what to tell you....lol... I installed my M7 AGS V.3 and that was my first mod... and i am about to order the M7 VENOM Nitrous kit and there 16% Supercharger pulley, so i dont think there is any type of required first or second mods.... I always thought that you could just do whatever.... so i would say go for it.... and order the header with the catback, it will save you some money werever you get it installed...
order will not matter, and the more you add the more each mod will compliment the others. if you are having the work done, you may as well knock out all of the exhaust and save a few bucks. I went with the alta intake as my first mod, mainly because the pulley is a bit more permanent, and my warranty runs out in about 9months so i will hold off til then.
Yeah thats what I thought I dont know why I felt I needed someone to say yaH go for it, Oh my other question was about the engine damper. How hard of an install is it I am pretty capable I have done some work my self in the past on other car my VW gti for example I did the suspension on my own and a few other bolt ons.
