just a thought / question

can boost be measured with a vacuum gauge? or would it just bury itself?

Just use a Vacuum/Boost gauge like this one. http://www.autometer.com/cat_gaugede...id=3155&sid=11

30 In. Hg/20 PSI is fine for the 15% pulley as I only see 15 psi at redline with my 15% pulley.

cool i like the way the 0 is centered so you can read vac then ...oh what's this ? BOOOOST!!!!
