I must have called RandyBMC about 10 times in the last 5 months and the answer is always always always the same
"About two more weeks-try next thursday". This is getting or has gotten very OLD. Complete Vaporware.
I have since bought a Quicksilver and it is wonderful. No UUC for me- too bad, their loss.
Magnaflow also a good choice as is Scopion or Borla sport. Anything is better than vaporware.
I'm glad I broke down and didn't wait.

>any word on the "two weeks out" uuc Exhaust???

While the prototype UUC exhaust was cooling on the loading dock, Bigfoot ran out of the woods and stole the prototype. UUC employees cornered him, but just when they were about to wrestle the exhaust from bigfoot's hands, a flying saucer beamed bigfoot and the exhaust up into the space ship and disappeared from sight in a brilliant flash of light. NORAD tracked the flying saucer until it crash- landed in a lake in Scotland. When investigators arrived, the entire saucer was being eaten by the Loch Ness monster, shrouded in a cloud of vapor!!!

Can you believe it?

See ya,
JS

Well yeah, and I will be visiting Scotland in about a week so I will put on my rubber boots and go
searching for those nice UUC tailpipes.
Meanwhile, it's still two more weeks. Maybe they will just give up.
Anyway- I trust that RandyBMC knows that we are all waiting and will drop us a line announcing that he has got the test UUC and is checking it out- a report is likely, then within two weeks we can purchase it.
So if you have a ton of patience then stay tuned

hi, i am looking at exhaust systems also. i spoke recently with steve @ minimania. very nice guy and informative. really reccommends either the borla (not the sport, way too noisy for street use and if you like to listen to music) and the nrp. dyno tests for the magnaflow are not accurate (it can overheat and is noisy, i had one once on a landrover and eventually hated it). nrp good value, and the borla of course the million mile warranty. dyno tests on borla and nrp about the same, 5-9 hp to the wheels. the nrp is a little louder, a sweet sound than the borla. anyway call him if you like for more information. 530-470-8300 minimania or email steve@minimania.com.
hope this helpful.

Just wondering if Randy received the UUC Exhaust while he was off doing the Pulley Party thing like he expected.

Randy... Did you get it???

Just wondering if I need to wait another 2 weeks or not.

Cheers.

A service guy at my dealership has had a prototype UUC Exhaust on his S for a few months now. One of these days he'll bring it to work so I can hear it, but he says he likes it a lot.

Randy made no mention of the UUC exhaust when I saw him today. He did say the first five production versions of the water-to-air intercooler were in and they were beautifully made.
