This might sounds like a dumb question to most, but this is my first time using an intake.

Is the Green Twister Intake supposed to be cold at ALL times? I drove around for a bit the first time I installed it and it was. Now, when I come home, it's pretty warm. Just wondering, thanks.

The idea of a cold air intake is that it brings in colde air from the outside. The engine will heat it up a little, but as long as it is getting cold air from the outside, it will be putting cold air into the engine.
