online track oriented community
Hi,
Just want to know if you have a favorite online communities that you frequently visit for information on track day, driving school, high performance driving, recreational motorsports. Basically a website/online community that fuels your passion for your participation in motorsports?
For now I have not found one single site that has all the information I'm looking for. Just want to see if others have better results.
Thanks in advance for your input.

I think the reason there isn't one is because this is a national forum, but this sub-forum is more regional. I wouldn't think about going to a track in California, just like someone there wouldn't be interested in tracks in the Northeast. I guess most trackheads use their regional car club sites for information regarding schedules. You may want to check out www.trackpedia.com

Grassroots Motorsports is my fave...at least for a periodical. They keep the budget minded motorsports fans in mind and have lots of interesting info and project cars, etc. In fact they just recently got an r53 their latest project car and are going to campain it in the next race season. Check out their website for progress on the car to date.

For track day, driving school, high performance driving I do not have one either. To find out what is going on now I go to the tracks individual website and check their calenders and click on the links to clubs hosting Track Days, HPDEs, Licensing Schools. Then bookmark them or add myself to their email list. Other than that I hang out on NASA forums, but its slooow there, not too stimulating, but you will always get your questions answered.
