Did you notice a change in the steering with the PF bushings?

Hey, how did you make out with the roll bar?

 

Steering is much tighter and feels more responsive. Had to reschedule the roll bar will work on it in two weeks.

 

Glad to hear the steering is better. That is what I found too.

Another note - any one interested in going to the Continental Series races at LRP later in July. Price is good at $40 for Friday. Looks like races are Saturday and time trials on Friday. I might go on Friday but could be convinced to go on Saturday.

 

Will be going on Friday, may need to go to party Saturday Yao not sure about races.

 

Do not forget to your MINI Cooper Corral pass. $20.00 for Friday

 

Hmmm does that meani have to by the passes in advance? That will ruin my record of always waiting to the last minute and having to by them att the gate.

Friday sees three sessions.....2 practice sessions, 1 quali. (conti series) Race is Saturday morning for us around 10am..

 

I was thinking of going but isn't that the IMSA race. I also wait till last mini, but last mini cost $80 lol.

I'm thinking of going back to the same track i went last Sunday, but this time I'm going to try and push the car to it limits and if it survives i want to go to LRP/NjMP.

 

It is a mix of races. The Continental series runs then too. Have fun at the track.

Trying to book my tickets for the Singapore F1 GP. Anyone wants to go? Maybe a touch far for many of your guys but I am hoping it will be fun. My first time attending any race.

Looking at general admission tickets. Grand stands are over $2000 per ticket. May just go to qualifying. Listen to the engines and with some luck can see a few cars.

 

So I guess that getting to see Louis Hamilton and Tony Stewart do the car swap thing at WGI, for free was a big deal.

And for my cousin to get to sit in Hamilton's F1 car was a really, really big deal.

 

Any day at the track to see the F1 cars would be great

The price of that and related expenses would fund a new track car for me (not that I need one, I'm just sayin' though)

 

I am trying to get the cheap seats. Been told u cannot see the cars but u certqinly can hear them. That is the extent of what i can afford being retired and all. So who is coming?

 

I think the prices charged at these GP races go a long way to servicing the life style of bernie and his cohorts.

 

Its september 16-18, Marina Bay circuit night race. For those who are interested. I am looking at a single day in the boon dog zone 4 walk around ticket for september 18 sunday for $198.

 

This one will have to be a vicarious one for me.

 

I only missed 1 race when it was the ALMS. What ever happens to the videos from WGI you said you had? what is the next race you guys are going to?
