and also to fix my clutch problem....been having trouble lately with it not wanting to come out of first when im in stop and go traffic. gotta double clutch it to release...happens intermitten

In all seriousness.. 06's in particular had an issue with the slave... so make sure you check that out as part of your diagnosis... also how recently did you put that clutch in? Did you bleed your system during the install or pull the slave off to side and drop the tranny?
Check the slave... mine went out on me in two of my minis... one was at a trafic light and i was in gear... the car started to move forward as if i was letting out the clutch... it was so funny. I just drove it to the dealership without using the clutch... even from a stop... LOL

did the clutch in the past month or so....pulled the slave off....then found it leaking afterwards so i put a new one on it and power bled it. I didnt have the tool to compress the slave in so i wedged something between it and the arm but i dont think it was all the way in when i bled it.

The record still hasn't fallen.
I spoke with Paul on the phone. The car ran a 13.8x and 105.6
He beat the mile per hour but the time is off. However, the record is definetly threatend. I heard this car has a stock clutch with 45k on it. With a clutch, the record should fall.
If your intersted... I will drive it... but for somereason... i think you are going to say no...
technically the MegaMINI sadly and regretibly holds the title to the fastest M45 supercharged car in the world
In the racing world, internals typically means pistons, rods and crank.
Well, the only thing that was internally lubricated on the car that was different than stock was the schrick cam. The valves etc... were all stock.

b/c its abt ET not mph. doesnt matter how fast you ended the 1/4 in....its how fast you made it to the end.

I understand that the quicker ET gets you the flashing light of victory. I only pointed out mph because isellem says quickest and fastest in the siggie. That statement is no longer true.
paul in his own car has gone quicker
and in customers car with our head....gone faster
so you are correct, he is NEITHER the quickest or fastest in an M45 MINI
now if he wants to put.... "formerly" in his sig then he would then be correct
