I think that you might spend more time detailing your RC cars than you do your commuters

Chows would have the cleanest vehicle around. A fresh coat of soap at night and nice and sparkling in the morning.

Sweet Alfa, look at that gloss. In the RC world what Model kit gets you the GT. Is it fast on a track or just a sidewalk runner?

tight turn radius so i can drive it inside the house without issue.

a day later i tried picking up the body off the chassis to charge
the battery... only to find the body SUPER SLICK and almost
dropped it. lol (the body's polycarbonate so won't break
from just dropping it).

the great part is that finger prints dont stick to the body
so clean up is a breeze.... just like my Hydro'ed real cars!

Question for all you Hydro lovers

I like the idea of hydro as a low-maintenance alternative to waxing. So, can hydro be used on a month-old MINI without first having the MINI waxed? Or must I wax before beginning maintenance with hydro? Thanks in advance for the advice!

welll, before you do anything, you should get some car soap, 2 buckets, invest in a real wash mitt (10 dollars) and get some claybar. You need to wash the car, and then remove all the factory and travel contaminants from the paint/clearcoat with a half dollar sized paddy of claybar. There are many on them from day one. Then, do as you will so long as the wax lasts, its protected.

After that, read on about how hydro works.

Ken, nice pictures of the Alfa, pretty slick eh.

Guess you better add me to the list of the Hydro Users Club.

Hydro out, I'm glad I picked up some more up at MITM plus a bunch of other stuff from Heather and Richard.
