Aiming Washer Fluid Nozzle

Hello,

One of my washer nozzles on hood is pointing too high on windshield. Can I simply stick something into the small hole and re-aim it? What should I use so that I do not damage the spray?

I'm curious too. I've found that it only shoots properly when I'm doing eigh... um... when I'm doing the speed limit.... on a highway... somewhere....

i've heard of people repositioning it with a pin, but i've never tried it. my jets are kinda **** eyed, too.

A pin works well, have done it myself. Just be gentle, there is a not huge range of motion.

Has to be a thin strong pin, I cut piano wire. Plan on lots of testing. I aimed for the center of the wipe path, when I go over 100mph it blows up near the top.

I just used a safety pin. Give it a gentle tweak, test for effect, and aim a bit lower than seems ideal at a standstill; the spray pattern will rise with speed.
