I have noticed a trail of grease running down the rear bumper...apparently this is due to over ngreasing the boot latch...I have not tried to remove this yet...the guys at the car wash could not scrub it off...and I have hand washed it myself a few times, but the little trail is still there....next time I wash it I'm gonna take some lighter fluid to it....which incidentally works very well in removing the adhesive left behind by the dealers emblem that I peeled off...just a little FYI...if the lighter fluid ruins the finish (which it wont) it's still under warranty.....Happy Motoring!

taperolr,
You could also try a good paint cleaner. This or Clay bar.
IMO I would try the two above before the lighter fluid.
What ever you choose.... make sure you put a good coat of wax back down.
Happy Motoring.

I keep hearing WAX, WAX, WAX. Are you all talking about the stuff that leaves swirls and needs peanut butter to get the white marks off the black plastic? You should really try "WET Wax as U Dry" by Eagle 1. My LTL YELO couldn't look better. Ron

If it's grease, try Simple Greene. The stuff works wonders and won't eat your paint. Also, WD-40 is a motorcyclist miracle cure that won't bother your paint either. Also good for andhesive removal, and less harsh than lighter fluid. THough I'd try the simple green and an old toothbrush first.
