I had to share my tale of woe...

After reading the many posts, I decided that I wanted to Zaino my car this spring. I have a birthday coming up, so I figured I'd put the total care kit on my list.

Looking at the Zaino website, they talked about ground shipping, but did not say anything about Alaska. We can get UPS ground here, but I figured I'd double check.

I emailed the company, but never got a reply.

I called them and, after some delay, was told that they could not ship to Alaska. Yes, they use UPS, and yes, they know that UPS goes to Alaska. Apparently, the "computer does not know this yet" . The conversation eded with them telling me that I was out of luck.

Out of curioslity, I called the contact for Canada. While I didn't get a direct "no", they said that they don't ship to the U.S. normally, and they definately won't ship in the Winter time "because it will freeze."

I guess it's no-zaino for me. Sigh.

 

And a very sad tale of woe it is.

 

See if you can get an Alaskan Auto parts store to start carying Zaino
