To buff or not to buff

I am a newbie and buying a Zaino kit today. Interested in a PC7424 polisher and the prices on a group buy look good. Where do we go from here?

A couple of ways.

A great total kit can be had here. Or you can get a good deal on just the buffer here during a rare SALE. And get the pads seperately. I just saw this today.

I also get many power tools in general from this online store here. They carry the buffer and tons of other stuff. I get a lot of stuf from here and have to hide it from my wife!
