Emailing the guys at Zaino directly www.zainobros.com has always worked for me when I had questions about my Zaino ordering or techniques. They never took more than one day to respond, even on the weekends to any question I had. I had not ordered from them in a while, and went back to their site recently, and realized they now have an online store open that accepts credit/debit cards...they didn't use to do that. The best stuff on the planet as far as I'm concerned...will use nothing else.
