Yeah I've got a feeling that dropped MF towels is about as critical as dropping claybar. If you use MF towels to QD your car, it's probably best not to reuse the ones you've dropped unless you are absolutely sure you've removed all the particles.

I've tried picking them out, brushing them out, washing them out, but it's like they're breeding...I can't seem to get rid of every last bit. Throw the things out, use them for dusting in the house (as has been so highly recommended), what?

Once my microfiber towels are properly washed and dryed, I store sets in zipper lock freezer bags to ensure dust stays far away. That way they don't come in contact with my chenille mit (source of lint?) or other cloths. Heck, I store all my items that way. I have to wash my MINI off site (pay hand-car wash) so its easy to get items all jumbled up during transport......but not using those bags!

I still haven't gotten all of it off of there, every time I noticed I scratch more of it into a little clump that I can remove, but it's driving me crazy! Any thoughts?

That exact same thing happened to me, too. I found that when I dried with the microfiber towels, the fuzz would come off onto them. I take it yours didn't? You could try the foam applicators and some Z6...?

Griots Towels.....
I am a huge advocate for Griots products. It's the only product that touches my Mini....

A small note: I had been looking for a very good, non caustic wheel cleaner. Griots makes one that is endorsed by BBS, even carries the BBS mark.... i have to say. I love it.

Another way to remove lint on dry surfaces is masking tape, wrap some on your hand or finger depending on what your working on,sticky side out,and dab off lint, dust or dog hair, use it all the time to remove the navigators black hairs off the roof liner in my MC.
I hand wash my mf cloth when new.I use hair shampoo, rinces out easy, then air dry, turn out very soft, and lint free

I agree Griots sells a lots of good products. But many are overpriced and can be sourced from other suppliers. So if your willing, check into some other products that are as good and sometimes even better often for less money.

Some examples:
Wheel cleaner
Microfiber Towels
Waffleweave Drying Towels
Waffleweaves at low prices
