Cleaning Speaker Grill

Does anyone have any recommendations on cleaning the speaker grill on the front door HK speakers of the 2013 Countryman. When the dealer cleaned it some of what they used got in this grill.

This is not my car but rather a reference of the grill.

Get a child's soft toothbrush, or check out www.griotsgarage.com they have a couple of Boar's Hair Brushes that might help.

Get that keyboard gel stuff, you can press it into the grill and pull off the gunk.

try masking tape

wad up a ball, sticky out

then dab all over the grill . . . it will grab anything stuck there

but may not no deep enuf but nothing lost for an inexpensive try

Thanks. I will try all of these. The problem is it looks oily. Almost like armorall dripped down it? I dont want to get the speaker wet so I need to be careful.

I found what worked best was Griot's Interior Cleaner. It worked great with a tooth brush. Left it looking new.
