Hard to tell want we're looking at, better pics would help.

Some of the rock chips and rubs may be compounded out,
other issues may have to be addressed at body shop.

unless you have the skills/tools/equipment to DIY, then agree with above suggestions to have a body shop look it over.

Can you take a pic from a bit further back to give some more persepctive on the damage?

If its just scuffs, you may be able to take care of it, but if there are scrapes or guages to the paint surface, I'd suggest a body shop as mentioned above.
