Clean up after Detailing

Hi Everyone, I just finish washing, claying, Prima Finish, Prima Amigo, and Prima Epic. My question is the pads I used with PC are reusable? If yes, how do I clean them? what about the micro towels for cleaning the Finish, Amigo and Epic? Should I wash them now or I can save them for a few month? Can I mix products on micro towel? Love to hear you guys maintenance after all the detailing........

Thanks much

I've re-used pads many times. Rinse in warm water, gently squeeze, repeat about 10 times until most of the Polish is gone. Let them air dry.

Wash your microfiber towels separate from other towels. I dry them in the drier bur not completely. I finish by hanging them... stay softer that way.

And what... no Swirl ? Your paint was in really good condition?

I should have Swirled it

Ok, I admit it was my first time polish and wax. I was worry to use too heavy polish so I just use Finish. I should have use Swirl for sure. I will need to do more research and Swirl it next time. Thank you for your valuable reply.

Put some white vinegar in your wash water if you use Hydro.
It breaks down the synthetics.

Finish can be washed under a running faucet. It takes seconds to clean Cut, Swirl, or Finish. The polymer based products, i.e. Amigo and Epic need a lot of dish soap or rubbing alcohol is also effective. The polymers can't bond to the towels, so you don't have to worry about them being affected by the polymers. Just wash them in the washing machine...don't mix cottons and microfibers, use liquid detergent, and air dry or use the dryer without any fabric softeners.
