Removing Overspray From Leatherette?

I checked out an 05 MCS at a dealer recently that was very clean inside and out except for some tiny specks of white overspray on the drivers side seat and around the center console (car was pure silver so I don't believe it was repainted). I may or may not buy this car but was wondering if something like this can be removed and if so, what type of cleaner should be used?

Soapy water would be my first choice. WD40 may also work. Either of these would not hurt the leatherette.
