Excellent first experience w/ Turtle Wax Liquid Claybar

Don't know if others have used this product... I used it for the first time over the weekend and was extremely satisfied w/ the results... Identical outcomes as a Meguiar's claybar - but it was much easier to use - much less sweat equity for the same outcome...

Very happy... I can strongly recommend this...

Except that if you now examine your paint, it doesn't actually remove any bonded contaminants. It works okay as a mild polish, but that's about it.

I've not used it myself, but I would classify the liquid clay as more of a chemical cleanser. More like the P21S Paintworks Cleanser. There is really no way a liquid clay or chemical cleanser can remove the bonded contaminates - only the shearing action of clay can do so.

I reviewed this product last year, check it out.

My conclusion was that if you want to remove above surface bonded contaminants, it doesn't perform nearly as well as claybar.

If you're using it to remove swirls like the packaging says, then you're better off buying a polish.
