I have some questions to the paint experts on here. I would like to paint a few things (scoop and some others) and I am trying to decide on which type of paint to go with.

I have a spray gun and compressor and have done small things but was not overly concerned about the quality of the materials at the time. Which brands of paint are the highest quality and will these be more durable? Is a 2 part urethane with catalyst a harder more durable paint than acrylic? Lastly what is a good clearcoat for resisting chips etc...
