I really enjoy washing the MINI. And it looks so good freshly cleaned But I enjoy the before and after comparison from cleaning all of my cars. Over the years, I've had cars that barely ran, but they were kept clean. Even when there was no money to repair them, I could afford to keep them clean. Hey, it would look good when it broke down in traffic anyway.

Any advice on how to clean a clear bra ? Normal wash with Mystique doesn't seem to work, but rubbing with thumb or finger seems to take it off, but that's a pain (after a while literally).
Are there risks for the clear bra to address it with dish soap ?

What in the world are you trying to clean off... poop from a bird that ate some crazy glue ??

I only half kid. The only time I've ever had to do more than wash the clearbra just like the paint is when I had bird **** that baked in the sun for a few hours. Had to work at that with several things... finally got it off with some goof off.

What kind of wash mitt are you using with the mystique ?

I use a lambswool mitt.

It is more like a dirt film that covers it.
If I rumb it with the finger you can see that part getting clean (and your finger black of course). I guess I will just try different stuff on a small piece and hope it works and doesn't fog up the bra. Thanks !

I use microfiber mitts from Griots. Never notice any dirty film covering the clearbra.

Maybe it's the type of film they used ??

got a break from the rain yesterday. So I washed her when I got home from work. Today, the rain is back

In my best Homer Simpson voice "Stupid Rain!"

I washed my car again this morning!

Woo hoo!

All right, nobody else was up, then my 11 yr old daughter came out and I had her do up the interior. She thought I was nuts, but since it will be her car in 5 years or so, she willingly pitched in.

I even took pictures of the MINI.

I've still got bugs from yesterday's Hill Country drive. Patiently waiting for my Prima Stuff, resisting the Turtle Wax, Nu-Finish, EagleOne, 3M, and Zymol (Big Box store version, smells like bananas) temptation. This is a busy time of year for us, so we'll have to commit some detailing neglect and sins.
