Removing bat poo residue

Hi people.

Last night i had what i think a bat leave it's poo on my bonnet I have fastidiously cleaned my car today, when i got to the chamios stage, i noticed a clear marking on the bonnet where the poo hit. I've tried a few things to get it off, like kerosene, metho, polish, bug/tar remover... Nothing worked.

Does anyone have some suggestions, i thought the next step be to lightly cut it, but i dont really want to do that...Would it have eaten through the clear coating on the bonnet? It's only really noticiable in light, but that's enough to annoy me!

the only way to remove etching is to polish it. i mean you can try clay, but
it probably won't do anything.

try some ScratchX on a foam pad, use moderate pressure. it should come
off, given that it didn't sit there too long. wax afterwards.
