Paintless Dent Remover

After kissing a tractor trailer tire on the NY State Thruway my car has been repaired any looks just as it did before the incident. It is amazing what a paintless dent remover place can do with a dent.

Some before pictures:

This is one after a friend just popped it out with his finger, still rippled.

After the paintless dent shop completed their work.

So bodyshop estimates were $650+
Dentless dent puller $150 + I purchased the fender trim and installed myself for $13 so total was $163.

That is impressive, and the accident story sounds scary! How did you manage to get that dent and lose the wheel arch but have no damage in between?

The tire was a 1/2 a circle and the one end hit the hood (dent area) and the other end hit the wheel arch (just guessing it happened fast). It then rolled up my hood, windshield and over the car.

Yikes! You're very lucky that was all the damage you had!

looks good jeffc. i had a similar sized dent on my bonnet right behind the
hoodscoop from a large berry (apple?) fell from a tree onto my car while
going 45mph+. LOL

boom! splat! (winshield). i thought my wiper flew off with the
berry.

i PDR'ed it. took me like 2hrs though...

That's fantastic work.

Our other car was involved in a bad hailstorm a year ago. Damaged/destroyed 25 planes at the local airport. My oldest son had taken our other car to his job at a plane manufacturer that night and it looked like a golf ball afterwards. Had a PDR guy go over it for 3 days and now it looks like new. Didn't have to replace anything but a rear light lens and some chrome trim.
