yeah, i'm no expert like many of the others on here, but that looks like someone did a bad wash job (i.e., dealer) and as others have said... they are just now becoming apparent.

i have a hyper blue MINI and it has some light swirling that isn't always apparent... depends on the light and how clean the car is. I can only see them if I look close and I think that with this particular color (as with other blues) swirls can be tricky to see sometimes. btw, Hydro will "mask" them for a bit, but not permanently.

sounds like you'll be able to get them out, though.
