I'm looking for someone in the DC area that would be willing to teach me ,hands-on, how to detail my new MINI.

Just hang around and read all the information that gets posted, you'll pick up some great info. Call Detailers Paradise, talk to Heather, make sure you get some Hydro and Epic to start off with and you can join the "OCD" and love the paint right off your MINI.

 

I've got a DVD in the NAM store that teaches you how to prep and polish a black car by hand and by machine. The information is invaluable, and it runs 2.5 hrs long--covering well over 50 techniques--and it shows you how to do things that you can repeat on any car you work on.
