i am a big griots fan i have been using there stuff for years but i am will to try something new. I like what i am hearign about epic but i would like to hear some opinions on the others out there. Like Meguiers m20 or griots. anyone?

 

I'm a big fan of the Klasse.

 

Big big fan of Epic. The durability is awesome, it leaves an amazing shine. Definatly try Prima out.

 

Another vote for Klasse. It's been a solid performer for the last three years. Haven't tried Epic yet.

 

I've converted to Prima products and concur with Mcbrendan that Epic leaves an amazing glossy longlasting shine!

 

I've also used Griot's Garage products for years along with Meguiar's products too. I recently tried the Prima products and although I like them, I don't find the prices (at often twice the price) for the almost same product to be advantageous for the customers. So although I like the Prima products and the test on Epic's durability is still underway, I will continue to use the Griot's products due to the price advantage. One gallon of Speed Shine is half the price of the Prima Slick and I really do not find much of a difference. The Griot's Spray on wax compared to Hydro is less expensive, but do like the Hydro better. Again the Epic durability is still being tested. Guess I am slowly being converted, but the price difference still gets my vote for Griot's products.

 

griot's stuff is great, especially the garage toys they sell. they know the
meaning of 'having fun in the garage.' i use their polishes,
their RO, their waxes, QD, etc. on my MCS and G.

Prima is also super it's like the best of both worlds when
you have both collections, imho. i would use Prima on cars that have
a hard time shining...like those colors that people buy cause they don't
want to wash their cars often (like my civic ahem!)

Epic/Hydro will bring the gloss alive where Griot's waxes didn't do much
but not so insanely shiny like zaino. plus Hydro is so super easy
to use so makes sense to use it on daily driven cars.

i would definitely recommend you try Prima. i like them both.

 

I use Klasse AIO & SG followed by P21S carnauba. About 3 weeks ago I did a full detail & this go round I tried adding the new Polycharger booster to both Klasse products but it is too soon to tell if it was beneficial in the longevity department yet

 

I started using M21 based on OG's recommendation. I was very happy with the shine and how it lasts. Until Sat I would have recommended M21 to anyone.

On Sat I talked to OG and Heather about M21 vs Epic. Based on Richard's recommendation I got some Epic and Hydro. I have not used the Epic yet, but Hydro...WOW!

Based on Hydro performance I will be giving away my M21.

Me too, hence my name The Klasse twins will NEVER steer you wrong, I guarantee it! I too used Griots for years and still do for some things, but Klasse is sooooooooooooo easy to use. Its sooooooo easy to use that you'll find yourself layering and layering and layering and before you know it you've got tens of coats on the car

 

Being a Klasse Noob, I concur with everything U said. Nice to have a product that U need not worry about getting on the trim. Before I knew it, I had 3 coats of A1O on with not much effort, certainly less than carnubas. But the sealent galze kinda intimidates me, is it as ez to apply as A10?

 

The sealant is just as easy to apply, and as long as you let it cure for a bit, it's easy to remove as well. If it leaves any hazing, just use some QD and it'll be perfect

 

holy crap just got the M21 from autodetailing solutions and let me tell you this stuff rocks. easy on easy off great results.. does anyone have any do's or dont's with this

I agree M21 is great and last a long time. However, I talked to OG about M21 and he confirmed what I have seen, M21 separates when it sits for awhile. I have not had any problems with it yet, but OG recommends Epic over M21.
I have purchased some Epic but not used it yet.

Also, Hydro works well with M21 so get some Hydro ASAP. You will not believe how nice it is until you try it.

 

I'm curious if you now have an opinion about Polycharger added to your Klasse products. Did you add it to both AIO and SG? Is it true that you have to mix Polycharger with just a small amount of the sealant since the mix does not have a shelf life?
EDIT: I just bought some myself, and will try it using Klasse AIO and the Sonus Acrylic Spritz.
