In Germany We Say Danke!
Hey All,
Rudy here wanted to tell everyone what a great time I had. I want to personally Thank everyone for their gracious warm welcome and open arms. I enjoyed what now has become my first MINI event gathering in my home land of America. After reading many posts' on NAM, it was a pleasure to finally meet some of the faces behind the posts. However, I am terrible with names and will need reminding from time to time. The food was outstanding and enjoyed the many converstations and post story's of the dragon. A bit jealous but at least I get to live vicariously through yall for now
.
It won't be too much longer before I'll be motoring along side you all at some of the larger venues. I look forward to it.
Good luck to you wagnbat. Take it from my personal experience in Germany. All you need is you, your MINI, and your passion and soon the rest will follow. If you don't believe me, then just mosy on over to the European thread for proof. Remember... If you drive it, they will follow. Stay safe and enjoy Guam. Best wishes and enjoy what it offers you.
Thanks and hope to see you soon.

Was good to have you Rudy. Was glad you brought the misses to dinner too, I hope she enjoyed it.
As for dinner, was good seeing everyone, but I don't know what y'all see in the food there.
But hey, if we were having a thanksgiving MINI feast a White Castle, I'd eat it with a smile, because y'all would be there.

Was great visiting and eating with everyone at "the clubhouse!" Will, good luck to you in Guam; I'm always an AMC flight away - may take 3 days, but I'll get there! :0) Sorry I won't be able to make the Dragon Recap, but I'm sure I'll hear great stories upon my return from Florida! Good seeing you again Donna & Mike and thanks for the tips on whatever that thing is I'm suppose to put that Machine Oil into in the mini-mini. HAH! Dip something er other, lol. Have a safe trip back!!
It was fun meeting a few new people and seeing some of the old gang..
We know not everybody is as crazy about the Tortilla Factory as we are but Mike and I have been going since 1981...yeah I know - a LONG TIME...
and since we live in the land of "Mexican food on every corner" - we still LOVE TF the best..
We're back home as of yesterday afternoon - both of us back to work today - yukkers...
Thanks again!
Donna
