This event was originally anticipated (and still primarily is) for the eastern shore folks (Hence it being posted in the Mid Atlantic section first). Since I got interest from the DCMM side I decided to have the post in this thread just incase others wanted to join in. After being under the impression that you all as coordinators don't set up the events I went ahead and planned everything out taking in to consideration that the calendar is up to date and had nothing planned on this day.

You know, with this on the 9th and the Guinness thing on the 10th so close together, perhaps make these 2 events a weekend thing.

I'm glad to see you're using Google's new "My Maps" feature. Isn't it cool?! I think we should get all of our DCMM runs uploaded. Stacey was asking about creating a database in another thread -

Jay and I were playing with it a nights back. I like the fact that you can generate KML files too!

Theme of the run: Coastal shore line, wooden bridges (2), farm fresh potato's, chicken houses and farms...what the eastern shore of Maryland is all about

For those that would...

For those that would like to the VA Beach WORLD RECORD/NAVY SEAL BENEFIT

Although the world record even will be held the next day some of you all may want to continue after the run since you are about half way there already.
The end of the run will be at the green marker and the red marker is the location of VA Beach.

Live in OC and would love to ride more often. That route 366 to Chicoteague is one of the best roads here...does anyone have any other great routes locally..
