Paul, will you be bringing Wegman's again? I love the bread with the salt on it, get those again if you would please.

If ya haven't been to MoS, there's a Wegman's about a block and a half away. You have to pass right by it to get down to MoS.

The club rotates between 3 dealerships every month. We meet @ MoS 4X a year.

The only reason I asked Paul, is he brought Wegman's last time and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVED the salty bread! It was so good! If he doesn't bring it I will definately stop...may just stop anyway for the ride home.

Doubt I'll make this one, I'll probably be at home baking up my stuff for the party later in the day.

We actually need a volunteer to bring the food and drink this time. Sterling usually provides some items too. Anyone want to step up?

I think that I will be there, but I am not 100% sure.

Thanks

This will be our first event. How many people normally show up to these? (How much stuff should we bring)

It varies by dealership and time of year. Generally Sterling gets a very good turnout of at least 15-20 folks. Sometimes more. Plus we are also feeding the sales staff and their customers who drop in.

Put us down for a few cartons of OJ then.

(But I guess this means no champagne to go with)

I can confirm that I will not be able to attend this event. I need to be out of town to see my family before Christmas, since I will not get the see them during the holidays due to work.

So - we have committments from folks to bring OJ and doughnuts. If I could get someone to pick up a tray of bagels or breakfast breads, we would be all set with food for this event.

Thanks

If I can be there, I'll gladly pick up bread or bagels at the Wegman's. It's hard for me to know yet if I can be there, though.

I've quoted myself and nothing broke. That's good design.

Well, it looks like I will be able to make the MoS breakfast. So, I will be happy to get a bread tray-type thing. Do they have them normally or do I need to order it in advance?

Hey everyone, I am new to the MINI community and I went to DCMM's website and paid my dues to join the club. I was going to try to make it up to the breakfast at MoS and I was wondering if I should bring anything or if I needed to RSVP or anything.

Hello and welcome to the club. You don't have to bring anything if you want. There is no need to RSVP for the breakfasts, it is just a show up event.

Confirm..confirm..
I've just clear all my schedule a whole day for the DCMM events.
I'm not gonna miss any fun this time.
I can pick up some breakfast breads on the way to MoS. Let me know.

I also have a plan to talk to the SA at MoS on the day if they would be able to install the MM pulley as well (without voiding my warranty). Anyone has any good connection over there?

Wegmans just down the road from Sterling has an abundance of breakfast goodies all the time. No need to pre order anything. Thanks very much for offering to help out!

If you want to get breads, I can get bagels....or vice versa. There was a request for 'salty bread' although I'm not sure what that looks like.

The policy of MoS in the past has been "we will install anything, and the only warranty affected will be parts directly involved with that installed". For example, they installed my Ian Cull Auto-Up circuit for me (mine was more complicated because I have the Aux gauges), without hassle... they did warn me that it might affect the warranty on my window motors, but that's it.

Dan's experience is tragic... but not everyone has had a miserable time with MoS! Some of us have had very good experiences too. The point here is to go in with your eyes wide open.

Thank you for the info. I will give them a try.
Actually, I've checked with MoT today and they informed me that they don't deal any aftermarket parts any more.
