I am excited about going up to MoS tomorrow morning! It will be my first MINI meet so I hope you all take it easy on me! I can't wait to see what kind of upgrades people how done to their MINI's and to meet everyone. BTW, how many people usually show up to your breakfasts just out of curiousity?

Remember, your presence there will cost you NO money and will not benefit the dealership in any direct financial way. If people are going to buy a MINI, they usually will buy it from wherever is closest anyway.

The major benefit of our presence there for breakfasts is for the club. We often manage to recruit some new members this way!

Besides, you don't have to talk with any of the MoS staff if you don't want to - there will be plenty of us MINIacs there to talk to instead.

Hmm - we usually get at least 20 people, often more. It should be a good turnout - not to mention the curious passers-by that we happen to nab!

thanks Haemish. I might come after the gym. I only speak to Fred at MoS anymore, as he's the only one who's (somewhat) responsive.

Well can't meet at MoS, but I could do British Pantry if you all go, I know you don't know what time, but I would like to see your cars since this is the first meet I have had a chance to almost get too...

I am going to try to make it up there. I am waiting for the fedex truck to come with my taillights! and I need to pick up a gift if I do come up. Its abut an hour and a half or so for me to get up there so I might not make it up till 5:30 or 6 but I will try my hardest.

Well, I didn't make it to MoS and I did make it to the Britiish Pantry, just as everyone was leaving!!!! I had called at 1:10 and they said you had already been there a half an hour. Damn. I jumped in Mrs. Peel and drove like a crazy person to get there in time, HA, with the traffic in Manassas never did it happen. At least I got to see your MINI's as you were driving away. I met
Bruce and his adorable dog, Coco and he was nice enough to spend a few minutes talking with me. Well, I tried, hopefully I will make it to another meet sometime soon. Hope you all had a great day, weather sure was great.

Tell me about it, I live off Liberia and Prince William PKWY, it's like one big parking lot. I moved here 3 yrs ago from Syracuse, NY where if you have
5 cars at a Red Light it's a traffic jam!!

How about near the Wal-Mart on Liberia! Especially when heading towards the Prince William Parkway when Wal-Mart is on your right, the turn lane is so short it backs the main flow of traffic all the way back to the other traffic light!
