Come on people, there are only 3 people, including Katie, that have RSVPed for this event. Lets give Katie a reason to have another party.

Side note, would it be possible to switch the breakfast from MoS to Tate for this day?

It's still early...DCMM folks sometimes wait til the last minute to RSVP.
As far as moving the breakky to Tate that day...not good for me as I'll probably be doing lots of last minute stuff...

We might want to change the thread title to Definite and add the time so people are not waiting thinking it is not a firm thing

hmmmm...let's say we'll start at 4PM. If folks bring enough food, then we can make it a buffet dinner.
I will provide all paper products and ice, at least.

I didn't sign up myself, but thanks for whomever put me on the list. Could you please add Betty too? I'm sure she'd like to participate in the gift thing, and we can bring 2 gifts. For two in exchange of course.

Funny, I wasn't RSVP-ed either, but there I am. I removed myself as I'm still trying to stablize my life and all that fun stuff.

Hmm, I didn't know someone could RSVP others. Perhaps you all RSVPed for this accidently thinking it was another event?

That is odd - someone RSVP's me to (it was not me though). James and I are still working on clearing the date.

I didn't RSVP either...at this point I'm going to have to remove myself being as I don't know if I'll be able to make it. Can we get this phantom RSVP thing looked at?

Nope, haven't used the Calendar/RSVP system since the IrishCow party thing.

I too second Jen's ghost in the machine! There is no way that someone else can RSVP for you, you have to be signed in and actually click on the link at the bottom of the calendar page saying I will be attending this event! I don't know what happened, but if you don't want to join the event click the link I will no longer be attending this event on the calendar page.
I will turn off the RSVP for the event and reset it and turn it back on to see if it clears it. I don't know if this will solve it. I also don't know if it will even work! But we shall see.
EDIT: Ok so I attempted to reset it, and it didn't work, so you individually have to go in under your screen name and un RSVP yourself.

Ok, so Jay found the reason. Apparently one of the links I created to the calendar page actually put you on the list! I erased it. Sorry guys. didn't know this could happen! but you will still have to go into the calendar page and unRSVP if you don't want to be on the list.

Found the problem. I un-RSVPed and checked all of the links. It turns out post # 35 was the problem. I clicked on the link and BAM! there I was, RSVPed again. It turns out MiniNurse put a link into the "RSVP HERE" to automatically RSVP you to the event.

EDIT: She took off the RSVP HERE link.
