MOTD '06 Registration packet assembly...

...do you guys need help with this? Although this Sat. seems to be ramping up with stuff to do, I made a committment to help with the registration packet assembly. I can certainly commit a few hours to help on Sat. especially if y'all are going to do it in the evening. Just let me know when and where (including directions). Thanks.

The assembly party is going on around 1ish at my place. Figured people can come over over whenever from Tate breakfast and others can plan to be over at 1. I'll be getting pizza which will be there around 1.

Directions are forthcoming (my James is writing them) I will PM them to whoever says they are coming, outside of our dragon committee.

if you want to come PM me - so I know you are coming and i can get your directions.

Any chance of bringing some of the stuffing to the bfast? I have to be home @ 12:30 for a open house and can't make it to your place to help.

I know this is kind of a crazy suggestion is you probaly have a ton of stuff for the stuffing @ your place.

I think this would be way too complicated for Sherrill, and we don't have the room to do it at the dealership...and the breakfast is a social event.
You can always help with passing them out at the Dragon....

Esp. since I am not going to the breakfast I need to finish some work in order to make it easy to stuff bags. There are a LOT of boxes..

I understand you need to miss it mdsbrain - its cool!!

Also of note, since I said I promised no more emails about this - I would ask people if they have any to bring some largish boxes with them. I do not think we will have enough boxes to pack everything in to ship. So if you got 'em please bring 'em. Thanks!

I think they should - the bigger boxes. We would need them to put our suffed bags in to ship them to Fontana. Some of our shipping boxes of the items to me and in bad shape. Plus if someone has an extra role of packing tape around they could bring that too.

Count us in for 2. I will bring boxes from work!! Hospitals have BIG BOXES!! And good ones to boot. Let me look around and find some. I can't make any promises considering I am typing this at 0447am, but I will look around...
Want me to bring any refreshments or something else for the people stuffing? I can also take stuff with me to drag down. I am going with the caravan on Thursday, but I am alone, with no rear seat! (and not tooooo much stuff)

ok let me retract about the boxes. i wrote that, then had to go and scrub in and assist on two back to back crash c-sections. YUCK!! The things I hate about work But Let me know if you still need some boxes, i can ask at the liquor store around the corner here. GoTS to sleep now...

Ready and willing. But that doesn't mean we can't have fun too does it? I just like hanging out with you crazy folks! It beats the hospital crowd anyday!

So? How did it go? There were more than enough peeps, so I don't feel bad for bailing....
Thanks for organizing everything, Sherrill..you've definitely earned a gold star for all your efforts
All the stuff looked really great....will definitely be crowd pleasers, for sure.

A great success! I am so glad Jay and I decided to stop by and help. It was fun and we kicked it out rather quickly! And of course, I took pictures!!

Well, we had plenty of people and we got the job done. I think most of the people (if not all) had a good time. I did warn everyone my house is small, but I am glad it worked out in the end.

MiniNurse - Did you not get the memo about posting bad photos of me? Man I look bad, I did not think I was in the frame when you were taking it.
