I need to get all the salt/crud residue off my new MCS. Normally I just take my cars through a high pressure, brushless car wash, but none of the other cars has a sunroof.

How does the MINI sunroof hold up under those high pressure washes?

 

It'll be fine. Our 02 had the sunroof and went thru washes w/o any problem. My convertible also holds up quite nicely under a power wash.

No problem. I have only seen a problem with taking my sisters MINI Convertible through a carwash once and had some leakage around the rear windows.

 

I've never had any problems with leaks; I use the local coinop whenever I need a quickie.

The only problem has been with roof-top graphics lifting off at the edges.

 

Don't even hesitate. Your sunroof will not leak.
