SOLD Used Magnaflow MCS Exhaust

I bought this exhaust used and tried to fit it to my 05 MCS. Well it doesn't fit because its designed for a 02-03 car. I got some estimates to make it fit and its way out of my budget. So I put my stock exhaust back on. I would like to sell this to a DCMM area person to avoid shipping this large heavy thing.

I'm looking for $250 OBO and I'll deliver it to your place.

Seemed to be a few places where it was rubbing and the two inner hangers.

I did all I could to make it fit. The pipes coming from the midpipe to the back mufflers seemed short. With this the pipes were slidding in and out of each other. If they weren't short and I just couldn't get them tight then maybe that was the problem. Also, after I got a replacement resonator from Magnaflow it didn't fit as well as the first one. This one was rubbing on the center mounting plate. I could cut a whole there for it to be free but it was to free so it was moving around.

Then in the back, 2 inner hangers. They needed to be used. Well when I went to 2 shops for estimates to have these hangers and the above problem fixed I was qouted more then what I paid for this unit (and I bought it used).

3rd problem is I had to use about 1" of spacers to keep the tips from ripping my rear Aero Kit valence a new butt. So when I did this it added more play and movement to the whole thing. So when I went over bumps the whole rear of the system would sway.

Ok, so yah I'm a amateur mechanic and I did all I could. I spent 5 consecutive fridays under my car fixing a system that sounded awesome. But in the end I spent more time in frustration then in fun MINI motoring.

I plan to replace the system with a MyMINI single sided exhaust system.
