A fellow mini owner at work got in the mail a skull and crossbones gas lid cover. His wife did not want to put it on her mini and he asked me to see if anyone wanted it.

well, if you can put a 'star wars' theme to your mini, then a pirate theme is probably tame in comparison. all you really need is a pirate flag on your roof, black with white stripes exterior, and maybe for kicks you can add a hook or a parrot on your antenna. :smile:

 

That's all I need! A hook on my antenna! I get enough wise cracks from the boyfriend about how my current antenna makes my MINI look like a remote contolled car. I can only imagine if I put a hook in place of it! I'd probably get comments on my "trolley car".

 

I was thinking bumper car.. but it's have to be a bigger hook.

That's what I wanted originally, then I saw that other folks had the skull/crossbones roof graphic and figured I'd come up with some else.

 

That's "Star Wars" with a capital S and a capital W.

By the way I received an 8-Ball gas cap cover in the mail just the other day.

 

The decal has been claimed. I would not mind the money from selling it, but I'd prefer to have another member from the club to enjoy it.

 

I got an 8-Ball one out of "Automobile" magazine. Then yesterday my son brings home a sheet of car silhouette stickers from MINI, he found in a magazine. The picture shows them on the driver side door like a WWII airplane depicting all his kills.

 

Does your son recall which magazine he found that sheet of silhouette stickers in? I would love to see them. Could you possibly scan them and post an image?
