I won't be able to this Saturday because I have to get the Cooper into top condition for selling, but I am going to stop by the BBQ at MINI of Towson on the 25th. Are you going to be there??

You wern't the only newby(ies)!

I attended today as well, and was pleased with the turn-out, and the opportunity to interact face to face with you guys and gals.

A certain moment of wierdness tho. I'm not going to say any names, but me and someone formerly in the Navy were talking Navy stuff. They asked what ships I was one, I told them, and they told me theirs. I replied "Oh yeah? My dad was on that ship. What was his name?" I told them my last name and their eyes went wide. Kinda like Will Ferril in Elf, when he sees Santa Claus in the mall and exlaims "I know him!".

Hehe, it was definately a good time though. Looking forward to the BBQ, and bringing one of my special surprises as a potluck dish.

Great turnout! Thanks for coming, guys!!
See you all at the BBQ. Be sure that you've RSVP'd and paid the event fee, if you're planning to attend next week.

Oh and wagnbat - I forgot to mention - I met you when you were FIVE - I vaguely remember your dad bringing you on board the ship a couple of times!

Thanks for the thought, but like I said, I was in Ohio at the time.
You know, riding that new fangled Italian Job stunt track.

Oh yeah, and it's Matt (with 2 t's)
