thanks for the info. But are the events young child like 5-6 year old friendly? Or just not appropriate. Bringing my daughter may make it easier to disappear for the whole day. Not every time mind you but just wondered.

 

I wouldn't call them "kid friendly", but only to the extent that they aren't designed for kids. I know Megan wouldn't last ten minutes.

 

if you have a 5-6 year old that can be in the car like 6 hours--feel free to bring them

i always get to the meets at like 9:30, and i dont get home till almost 4
we do take breaks, but we're out all day when its a run

the picnics and stuff we had in the summer were family/dog appropriate (and a lot of fun)

 

I do many times bring my "twistometer", 9 and 6 years old, along with me.

Hello everyone I just picked up an 09 Mini Cooper S about 3 weeks ago. I live in Owings Mills Maryland. I picked it up from Mini Of Towson. I would take some pics of it, but right now its at Mini Of Towson getting my JCW body kit put on, driving lights and the hood stripes. My baby is Chili Red, Black top, black mirrors, piano black trim, and GPS. My wife and I would very much enjoy going on some of you guys runs here and there. As well as joining your DCMM club. I just wanted to know if anything had to be done to join and become a member?

Thanks a mill. I just got back home from picking up my hooked up 09 cooper s. Low and behold I think I left my darn wallet in the rental from BMW. Jeez some times you cant win for loosing.

 

Hey guys I just got back from picking up my mini and I had them install the big round driving lights on the front. One question I had for you guys is, is there a way I can wire the lights so that they come on by themselves when I press the button for them? Right now they only come on when I have the high beams turned on with the button.

Well, hypothetically speaking, if YOU were to move to the DC area, and join DCMM I know you''d be welcomed with open arms. Though perhaps ONE particular existing member might be understandably more then 'welcoming" Hahahahahah, we'll never see him again!
