Suggestion for a DCMM event... a drive to Virginia vineyard.

Christmas at the Cellars at Rappahannock Cellars. Spoil yourself this holiday season. Sample award-winning wines; listen to live music and shop for those on your gift list. Live Music in our "Sun Room" on December 11th from, 2pm-5pm, will be the Bel Canto Choral Group.
The choral ensemble Bel Canto made its debut last fall with the Madison Choral Society. This audtion-only group is comprised of 16 singers from six counties of the Piedmont area of Virginia. Bel Canto's repertoire includes light classics, folk and jazz arrangements.
For their December program, Bel Canto will draw upon the great wealth of traditional carols and contemporary music of the Christmas season. The afternoon will include an audience carol sing-along so come enjoy an afternoon of good wine, warm hospitality and lovely Christmas music.
Tasting Room News
Over the past few months our tasting hall has seen a number of changes. We've added the Sunroom, where our guests can enjoy a picturesque view of the beautiful mountains while lounging, playing games and enjoying their wine. At the same time, we have expanded our outdoor deck, which now has seating overlooking our 15-acre vineyard and an atmosphere of complete relaxation.

The Winery is located at 14437 Hume Road, Huntly, VA 22640
Directions from Washington DC: Take I-66 West to Exit 27, left at the exit, then an immediate right onto Rt. 647 for 4 miles, right on Rt. 635 for 11 miles, the winery is on the right. Follow the state highway "TOURS" signs. (Driving Time from DC: 65 minutes)
Directions from Richmond: Take 95 N towards Warrenton, take 17 into Warrenton then left onto 211 for 18 miles, then right on 522 N for 8 miles, right on 635, Rappahannock Cellars is on the left. Follow the state highway "TOURS" signs. (Driving Time from Richmond: 85 minutes)

This would be a great event. We do have another event planned for that weekend right now. Does the vineyard have any other holiday events we could try to attend later in the month? Do you know any good roads (non-highway) to get to it?
