Hello all,

So recently I asked around DCMM about warranty work and they pointed me to the direction of, Mini of Towson, to Rose.

All I have to say is that the experience there was on a whole new level. Rose was quick to the point and left nothing out. She went over everything that I needed to know and had me in and out less than 5 minutes each time.

The total cost came out to be about $1050 in repairs, and my warranty company took care of $980 worth. I got a new radio and a new power steering fan out of it.

All I have to say is thank you to DCMM for pointing me that way, and thank you to Mini of Towson / Rose.

I had a repair there recently as well, Dwane took care of me and he was also great. Every time I've talked to them they have been very friendly and professional.

Ditto regarding Dwayne at MoT for his courteous, professional manner...

 

I like their team work, all of them though, Dewayne, Rose, Keith and their service crews. Great job.


Also, at the cashier and car loan counter. Very polite and professional.
