Front grill badge holder vs. Boot badge holder...

So, I just bought two front grill badge holders from OUTMOTORING.com. Since i have driving lamps, i dont think i want to have two front badges; instead, i'd like a rear one. Partially because i have a badge on the way that needs to go on the boot.

Is there anyone who'd be willing to trade me a front grill badge holder for a rear one? GOMINIGO has the boot badge holders (as i'm sure others do too). They're going for about the same price.

I'd be a huge bonus to be able to trade them along tomorrow NAKED Spring Fling run.

I want to get a second grill badge holder, so I'll buy it from you. I just looked up the boot badge holders and I've never seen anyone with those. I just put a magnetic badge next to the license plate and haven't had any problems.

You mean you just stuck it on and left it there, without using the holder? Hmm, guess i didn't really think of that, as obvious as it is. I'll wait til my badge gets here then decide i suppose.

Are you gonna be at the run tomorrow? If so, i'll bring my extra with me. I paid $17.95 (i think), shipping was free.

Yes, I just made the last minute decision to go tomorrow! I'll bring the cash. I ordered mine from Out Motoring, too and I know it was just under $20.

Actually, we do have a rear badge holder. It mounts to license plate and has the appearance that the badge is floating. Our badge holders also works on the front.

Also, they work on any make of car.

You can see it here;

Hey Luck219,

Placing the badges directly on the body, can damage the surface if not maintained properly. This is evident with the magnetic ribbons people would place on their cars, and just left them there.

We just announced our line of Magtastic Badges, as well as our boot badge holder. The holder is secured to the license plate bracket with the existing screws, which holds it away from the paint and is very sturdy. The holder was designed with enough space to work with most license plate frames

Badges: http://www.cooperflags.com/magbadges.cfm

Holder: http://www.cooperflags.com/ProductDetail.cfm?ID=224

We designed the holder to attach to the mounting screws of the rear license plate holder. I do not know if it will align with the front bracket, but I will check it out as soon as possible.

The GOMINIGO side mounts work on the front or rear license plate.

I need to order mine. I ordered a front holder from OUTMOTORING more than a week ago and haven't heard anything from them. Ugh.

That's nice. I'm going to look for one at MOTD. Put my DCMM one on side and MTTS on the other!

Here is what the GOMINIGO Badge holders look after install

Here is the badge holder uninstalled, also you only need to remove the screws from oneside to install. No need to remove the plate completely.

Mini-rolls --
When you ordered the above badge holder from GOMINIGO for $17 - did you get one holder or two (one for each side)??

$17.00 is for one side. We sell the top/bottom mount by the pair. But the top/bottom mount do not work well on the rear.

Nope, not here.

Has anyone used the front badges from Outmotoring with driving lamps? My boyfriend and I tried to put a holder on yesterday and couldn't get it ... any ideas?
