New License Plate is here!

It says EZ2PRK. Cause obviously no one in the last 2 years was able to figure out what I meant by Mini8re. (yes that was suppose to spell minature). Now if I could just get my car back from the shop I would put the, on.

May I ask, how long does it take to get one? 4 weeks?

Thanks.

Yep, I'm in VA, took 2 weeks at the most, but they sent me 1 extra month stickers to put on my current plate, just incase they didn't make it in time.

Mine's MYST and it took 10 weeks to get. Mainly because they did nothing until I called them.

Sent in a request to the MVA (Maryland) and it took them 4 weeks just to tell us all 4 choices were unavailable.

Hard to believe there are 4 people out there submitting crazy choices like ours ! :impatient

I went to MVA, (beltsville office), filled up the request form and they told me right away that it's available.

But they said it will take 8 -10 weeks to get it.

Yeah, I was thinking of calling them and running the next 4 choices by them so as not to waste another 4 weeks. THANKS !

BTW... last year, there was a prison strike (what... prisoners can go on strike ?!) and it took us 3 months to get the tags. I think they're doing better these days and say 8-10 just to keep you from nagging them.

Yeah, I've heard about VA doing that. Not sure why all State's don't have that same system. After all, this is 2007, right ? RIGHT ??

CA has this too. I spent hours finding which ones were and were not taken. It was great--I then had a list of about 8 to choose from...XTRA SM was my final pick.

8 wks from order to delivery is what I'm told in CA. I think they have to motivate some prisoners to get working on it...don't really want to know the details.

NY is the same way, where you can pick something online. The Annapolis mva told me both mine were available, now I just have to order them.

Don't just hear about it - see for yourself!

NOTE: To allow for the maximum "7 characters + 1 space or dash" limit, you have to select "Passenger Standard Issue" from the list of plate types.

This is one of the very few things I like about the VA motor vehicle system over other states that don't offer the Internet personalized plate ability.

Not a MINI plate, but I was in my MINI when I saw it, so....

Toyota Prius - "MorGaz4U"

(I used upper- and lowercase letters to make it easier to understand)
