WS Motorcars Alive and Kicking
What's going on in Annapolis is that WS Motorcars is alive and well, just without Ben :-(
We'll miss him, his friendship and his enthusiasm, but nothing else has changed. Mini's, Car Clubs and anyone interested in fine automobiles is and will always be welcome to stop in anytime. We encourage Car Clubs and of course enthusiastically support the Mini groups.
The Techs and goodwill are all here still and that's not changing either. Samson and Harry are right where they were, as are the rest of the gang. The doors are very much open and we are a growing business. A lot of hard working folks put a serious amount of their lives on the line to keep this business afloat and that committment remains.
We all like Ben, but these things are always difficult especially involving friends. However, rumor mills produce what they are created with--unfounded speculation. Rather than get into any online bashing flame wars, just give us a call or stop in if you have a question--as always. See for yourselves. It's a great, positive and friendly place, with tons of expertise and a business that will continue to grow.

Hi all!
Just wanted to say I am back in the Mini world, and as of Monday I am the new service manager for WS Motorcars. Contrary to popular belief, we are not going under, Harry is not leaving, and we are alive & well. In fact these next few months should be quite interesting, and more importantly, fun!
So anyhoo, just wanted to say I am back, although at a different place. I look forward to helping y'all out in any way I can!

Hopefully Samson will contact us and let us know where is working now... I 'll continue to follow him for anything outside Warranty. Glad he did GyPsy chamber plates b4 leaving !!!

Well When to TATE yesterday and a new guy Steve was there very nice guy BMW) but knows nothing about MINIs-
When I called about GyPsy I said " I have a problem with the GP..." Steve " what year is the car 2006, 2007 ?"
Me .. long pause...
But yesterday am Zein (sp?) was there - Thank God - and he personally checked GyPsy w/ me.
They couldn't find the problem (weird cliking noise) but brakes - tire OK - she will go back in a few days when a MINI loaner is available .. ithey offered an Enterprise Rental but, if all possible, I try to drive only a MINI.
After TATE I stopped at WS to see what is going on..
Will and Harry are stil there .. saw again Larry the GM- Great guy !!
Must say, Will is a perferct Customer Service person..
Larry apoloigized over and over about the confusion w/ GyPsy and Samson ..
I think WS Motors - even w/o Samson - will be OK and we can take out Little Ones there..

Well, poop. What a bummer..
I'm going to have to find someone close by to maintain my car. I don't want to have to drive to Towson just for an oil change....

Well, I guess that is what happens when you jerk around the customers by having employees tell you one price and get another that is at least double. That is partly why Harry and Sam left. Well, Sam was fired for being sick anyway. Hopefully a trustworthy shop will open up in their location and won't jerk around the customers.
