Cooper S All4 rims same as Base model?

All:

Tirerack.com has Countryman rims, but it doesn't list any for the S ALL4.

Are they the same?

They are 17" diameter and 8" wide.

Motegi Racing M118 is the model.

If anyone can confirm or deny that the rims are the same for the S All4 vs. base model, I'd appreciate it!

Thanks,

Paul.

The 18-inch tires listed at Tire Rack for both the S and All4 are the same at 225/45-18 so it follows that the same holds true for the 17-inch rims. BTY, the cooper version is listed coming stock with 16-inch wheels. My All4 has the 225/45-R18's and they are Pirelli's

The Tire Rack site I just went to did NOT list any wheels for the S or All4. They did list wheels for the base Countryman and had so many choices in so many sizes I would be wary. The first one listed was a 19-inch wheel. I see your point. And am sorry to say I can't help.

I ran through two sets of Continentals on the 2007 S which I liked a lot. They are not available sized for the 18-inch wheels on the Countryman. I'll be looking as well. I'm also contemplating carrying a spare tire when out in the boonies.

Per miniusa.com, if you spec a base Countryman vs. an 'S' All4, many rims are available for both. That makes me think they are the same, but I think I'm going to have to test fit to find out...

Yes, they are all the same bolt pattern.

The base Countryman can go as small as 16s but an S will only fit 17's and up (size of your brake calipers). Regarding bolt partern they should be the same. If I remember correctly the All4's only come with an S badge.

I ordered some new wheels and tires for the Countryman All4 from Tire Rack today. I was informed that the wheels listed for the Countryman will fit the S and the All4 models also.

What tires did you end up getting?

Since the wheels I ordered were 17 x 8, I went with the 225/50ZR -17 General Exclaim Ultra High Performance tires.
