This is my setup:
- BMC openair filter
- Cooper S Works exchaust with no pre-damper
- chiptuning
- etcetc

Problem is....I own a normal mini one, no cooper s so we had to do some welding on the exhaust
Result: It sounds just great! I really like it, racy and raw!
Cost me around 800 USD (including the welding done by a muffler shop, took about 8 to 10 hours), but its damn well worth it for me!
Good news is that it did not only improve sound, but my mini now has a lot more torque as well. Wheelspin in 2nd gear with 17'' tires on dry tarmac.

Ill be installing a MTH header with the 400cell MTH cat in the second week of januari...it WILL sound awesome!

I love the throaty warble from the S's. I would like to match that with mine. I do think the JCW is nice too.

^^^ Nice...I have a Milltek, and it pretty much sounds just like the one in the vid...at least that is what I think it sounds like, from being inside the car.

the specs sheet was nice as well, 150hp out of it seem like a great number...something to shoot for.

the mini one is hard to beat.. do they still sell that exhaust? and is he running headers as well?
