Dinan Sport Performance Tuner

I have a B36 3cyl.

The tuner says for all B38 applications. Would it work for me? Not that the 3 cylinder is too slow, but if I can gain another 15hp that would be nice.

I've called their number and only gotten a voicemail, and no one replies

Their Captcha is broken on the email and I can't get anything to send.

I just picked it up this weekend, haven't had a chance to install and try it out yet. It's been snowing non-stop for the whole week.

If I install the tuner should I remove it before I take it into the shop? I am thinking more the Mini shop if I have to go to those thiefs for a service. I doubt my indy service guy would care.

Its should be fine, Most MINI dealerships are BMW dealership also and they know Dinan. Dinan BMW side is supported through most BMW dealership.

I'm researching my next MINI purchase. F54 Clubbie vs. Clubbie S or F60 CM vs F60 CMS.

Having only owned a R56S and R60S, I'm familiar (and like) the performance. However, in CA with the gas prices continually rising, I'm leaning towards a non-S model and adding the Dinan SPT module.

Anyone running a non S with the Dinan. Thoughts on how it compares to a non Dinan equipped S? Any other thoughts / comments?

On my 2016 F54 Cooper Clubby 3 cyl, the Dinan is awesome. I find it almost as fast and fun as my stock 2009 R55-S (N14). Have not driven the new F5x -S to compare. But a friend as an F56 JCW, with the Dinan. OMG, this is a rocket!!!

So I've had it for about 8 months now, recently my F56 started throwing random engine codes so in it goes to Mini.

They did some checking and found the charged air pressure sensor to be returning abnormal values and they will be replacing the pressure sensor. The sensor has to come in from Germany.

Has anyone had any problems with the tuner?

ECSTuning is there anything you've heard?

Does this necessarily have anything to do with the tuner? Has MINI suggested as much?
