Great to see who we are working with and thanks for all the info, consideration and help. It'll probably be a total of 7 months from order to reciept of our Mini and Julie has made the process fun, stressless (except for M.O.D.) and exciting.

All NAM members should tell their friends about these two great MAs and Classic Mini!

Don't forget Jason!

I just ordered parts from Jason and he was super! Gave me the NAM discount and got everything I needed without any problems. Answered a bunch of questions and was just super over-all. What I loved the most is he wasn't condecsending (at all) because i was a girl! All you ladies know what I'm talking about!

Classic MINI is a total class act!

Agreed. I'm ordering from Classic exclusively for parts, and if I were in the market for another MINI, Classic would be the first call I made.

I just got great service from them. I filled out an email form last month to buy an Ipod interface and I never heard back from them. I called and left a message, left a second message with a receptionist and didn't get a return call. I called them back today and a manager took the time to go through their email file and found my order in a delete folder. He apologized, made it up to me and basically went out of his way to please me. Thanks.

So I've called once, left a message with my phone number and the info about what I want; no return call. Sent an email directly to Mike K; no reply - bounce back delivery failure. Sent an email using their "Contact Us" form; got a reply completely unrelated to my question. Responded to that email with my question, AGAIN; ignored. Seriously, what's this about "Customer service is our #1 priority?" Bummed, but I give up. I'll find another dealer to talk to...

Just want to give a big thanks to Jayson and Zach at Classic Mini in Willoughby. They continue to impress me with prompt replys to inquiries and shown a great commitment to customer service. Just send your request for pricing to bmwparts [bmwparts@classicautocampus.com].
