Where to buy a Classic Mini in Northeast America?

Hi everyone, I'm new to the obsession with MINIs (just bought a 2009 Clubman S) and was wondering if anyone could point me to a good Mini Classic dealer or website where there are ads for Classic Minis? I live in Connecticut and am willing to travel to NY / NJ / MA to look for and buy one. Thanks in advance.

Talk to Big Al,
he can help you out and even if you don't buy from him he could deliver one for you.

http://www.cardoneanddaughter.com/sales.html

they had one in stock last time iI checked. Outise of that browse craigs list. or if you must go through a dealer (though I dont necessarily recommend it) you maywant to call napoli classics over in milford. i dont think he has any but he may be able to find someone who does. Lenny has tenticles that can find interesting stuff with relative ease.

Besides that I'd heard there was a guy specializeing in mins over near danbury but I haven't been able to figure out who or where exactly. There was also another compnay i used to check out the website for all the time that sold a ton of MGS, minis and elvas and other neat british stuff, but I've lost the website and cant find it for the life of me. Good luck. let me know if you come across anyone knowledgeable. I'm in CT as well and am always loking around for stuff.

There's also www.madhouseminis.com in the Berkshires. Cosimo is the owner. What are you looking for, specifically?

http://www.miniobsession.com/forsale.htm although a little farther away in PA.

I miss WestPAmini... they usually had some nice cars at more reasonable prices... Unfortunately, when the dollar tanked against the Euro a few years ago, they got out of the business.

Another good source, and source for parts after you get a Mini:

minicityus.com

Exceptionally experienced and knowledgeable company, in the Mini business for more than 40 years.

Correction to above

That's minicityltd.com not minicityus. Located in Rochester, NY.

FYI - the Mini currently listed at Cardone and Daughter is not a 1971 - Fuel injection on Minis was introduced in the early 90's
