I'd check with Heritage Garage or Minimania. If that doesn't work, put up a message on the Minimania board, but describe in detail your car: Year, model, where made, etc. In 1970, there were lots of different models of Mini, made in lots of different countries. All with differences. My 1973 Innocenti Mini has an ignition switch that could not be replaced without buying the whole column lock and switch system - $$$$!. I repaired it myself, but it wasn't a trivial task.

Can you take a picture of your column? I might have one but not sure.

I have a 1973 that had a very worn ignition switch. Since the switch is no longer available, I located a switch from a 1973 MG and ported the internals over. A bit of work but the end result was worth the effort. I found the ignition switch from AutoHausAZ.

Please post if you find a source for replacement switches.

I got my '73's ignition switch assembly from Heritage. Very happy with the transaction.
